Electric vehicles (EVs) are eligible for up to $5,000 in federal incentives.
Plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) are eligible for up to $2,500.
The Kia models eligible for the federal incentive are the Niro PHEV, Niro EV and Soul EV.
