With this in mind, we are currently seeking an experienced Controller who will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our customer journey and in maintaining the highest quality standards.
Reporting to management, the successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the customer experience, monitoring satisfaction metrics, supporting teams in process optimization, and contributing to service excellence at every dealership.
We are looking for a rigorous, proactive individual with excellent analytical and communication skills, driven by a desire to make a real difference within a rapidly growing organization.
